Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Iron Creek Kids. We are a small business and appreciate your support!

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after your order is placed. During new drops or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer flat rate shipping on all U.S. orders. Shipping is $6.50 per order, regardless of how many items you purchase. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order and another email once your order has shipped with tracking information.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Iron Creek Kids is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our hands and is in the possession of the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
